When I start an exercise I don't hear any sound, what should I do?

If you are experiencing sound-related issues when you start an exercise on the Meludia web application, please follow these instructions:

1. Use Google Chrome as your browser

2. Clear your cache

3. Keep only the Meludia tab open

4. Make sure your sound settings are correct and that you have a good Internet connection

5. Try a Youtube video on Chrome and choose the HD 1080 option. Verify if the sound works and that the video is in high resolution

5. Make sure the problem is not coming from the speakers themselves. Verify that they are properly connected and that the volume is up

Sound problem on iPad:

1. Make sure the "mute" option on your iPad is turned off. You can find it under "Settings" or "Adjustment". If it is not deactivated, you have to use the side button above the volume button to restore the sound on the iPad (this may vary depending on the model)

This side button is used to turn off audio alerts and notifications. The side button does not mute audio playback, such as music, podcasts, movies and TV series, but it does mute audio alerts such as sounds from applications like Meludia.
