I have a subscription but I do not have access to the exercises

If you subscribed to Meludia but can't access the ear training exercises, we recommend that you log out and log back in, making sure that the email address you use is the same as the one you subscribed with.

If, after following this procedure, the problem persists, please follow these instructions:

- Use Google Chrome as your browser

- Clear your cache

- Keep only the Meludia tab open
